Campall uses the collected information to personalize your user experience, improve our website and services, process transactions via the payment provider Dintero, forward your completed information to the accommodation in back office and via email, manage contests, promotions or surveys, send emails to you and the chosen campsite with your booking and payment confirmation to the email provided in the "Complete Booking" form with relevant updates and information.

Campall takes the security of your personal information seriously and implements appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information.

User and Sales Terms for Campall

1. About Campall

We appreciate your choice to use Campall. Through Campall, you can find information and book your next camping stay. The booking platform is currently available in Norwegian, English, and Dutch. These terms apply between you and Campall AS, with organization number 928 538 435, which operates campall.no. We act as an intermediary for campsites and are not responsible for the final service. The agreement for the final booking is between you and the campsite. Booking and purchasing accommodation via Campall can only be completed after you have accepted our user and sales terms and the campsite's own cancellation policies.

2. Use of Campall

PYou can book camping accommodation on Campall at your own risk if you are of legal age (18 years old).

3. Rights

Campall AS owns the content on the website  www.campall.no. The owners of the website's source code are Campall AS and Webstep AS, with Campall AS having the usage rights to the source code.

Campall AS reserves the right to revoke any usage rights to the website. If the usage right is revoked or otherwise terminated, the website shall be shut down and not used.

Your rights to use the website are personal and for private use unless otherwise agreed. By using the website, you agree not to copy the website or use it in any way other than its intended purpose. You also cannot modify or extract codes from the website for use in 4 another program outside its intended purpose or use the website unlawfully or for illegal purposes. Campall reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability

The website's information about campsites is sourced from campsite owners and public sources such as the campsites' websites and social media. Campall is not responsible for any information that may be incorrect or changed, as language translations may contain linguistic errors based on context. When you book a stay at a campsite via Campall, you are making a booking on your own behalf.

Our payment provider is Dintero AS, responsible for transferring your payment for accommodation to the selected campsite's bank account. You will be redirected back to Campall upon approved payment and will receive a booking confirmation sent to both you and the campsite via email. Through Campall, you can send a message to the campsite when booking, but Campall cannot guarantee that the campsite reads and fulfills your request. Campall provides no guarantees for availability upon arrival, as this is within the campsite's responsibility. We do our best to deliver the best possible service for both you as the booker and the campsite.

5. Confirmation

Upon completing a booking, you will receive an email with important information regarding your stay to the provided email address, including a description of the chosen accommodation type, the date of the stay, and pricing information. If you have not received a confirmation email from Campall within 24 hours after the booking was completed, you should contact Campall at support@campall.no

6. Age Limit

To use Campall's booking service, you must be at least 18 years old. Identification may be required upon arrival. It is mandatory to be above the age limit to access the chosen accommodation type. By accepting these terms, you guarantee that you are over 18 years old.

7. Changes or Cancellations

Campall acts as an intermediary for the campsites. Due to our role as an intermediary, we cannot change, influence, determine, or design the campsites' own cancellation policies. Therefore, the booker must read and accept the campsite's own cancellation policies before completing and paying for a booking. If a cancellation or change needs to be made, you must contact the campsite directly as described in the campsite's cancellation policies. If there is a discrepancy between the campsite's own cancellation terms and actual practice, this is between you and the concerned campsite.

If you do not check in on the first night as stated in the booking but plan to check in on the next night in the booking, you must confirm this directly with the campsite. This must be done no later than the expected arrival date before check-in to prevent the entire booking from being canceled.

8. Campsite Profile

Campall is not responsible for errors in the information on the campsite's profile, such as descriptions, pictures, facilities, site information, and bookable spots. Via Campall, campsites are offered a marketing and sales channel and are responsible for presenting their profile as accurately as possible. The campsite can make changes to its profile or via the Campall team.

9. Complaints

Campall is a booking platform for the campsites and is not a party to the agreement between you and the campsite. Any errors or breaches in the agreed service must be complained about directly to the campsite.

11. Dispute

The agreement between you and Campall, including our user and sales terms, is governed by Norwegian courts. They will handle and resolve any disputes arising from the interpretation of this agreement. The venue is Stavanger District Court.

12. Personal Data

We are responsible for processing the personal data you provide in connection with booking accommodation, including first name, last name, email, phone, nationality, and the number of guests. First and last names are used to identify who is booking at the specific campsite and who is paying for the stay. The country code in the phone number is used for reporting to Statistics Norway. The email address is used to send booking confirmation. The phone number is used to contact guests if there are important messages from the campsite.

We will process personal data for the purpose of managing bookings, payments, marketing, and otherwise fulfilling our obligations and considering the rights agreed with you.

Our data about your personal information is stored in Campall's database and shared only with the campsites you have a customer relationship with. Currently, we use Google Analytics to collect data on user behavior on our website to provide the campsites and you as the end-user with the best possible experience when using campall.no. Campall complies with the Personal Data Act based on our sales and user terms. These data are otherwise processed in accordance with applicable provisions in our GDPR.
